FTA is my first full-time job. I completed Year 12 last year, and I wanted to find something that suited the way I think. My duties as a Client Service Assistant include customer service, bookkeeping, and providing clients with the information they need to make FTA work for them as effectively as possible. I did business studies during year 11 & 12 and realised that it was something I wanted to pursue further. The experience I’m gaining here is fantastic, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. The main thing here is that we do our best to help our clients, and it’s so interesting working at a progressive Accountancy firm like FTA.

I enjoy working with the diverse range of people we deal with here at FTA. Everyone brings something different, and each day is exciting. Being straight out of school, I learn a lot from meeting such a variety of clients and helping with so many different business types. I do have a bit of a soft spot for agriculture clients because I spent eight years growing up on my parents’ property. Being part of a team is brilliant, and they really look after me here.

I have quite a busy home life, as I help my dad look after my two younger siblings. I also enjoy spending time with my sausage dog, Slinky. I often take him to our local footy club.

I’m very family oriented, and I love spending time with relatives, particularly with my niece. In the future, I really want to travel here and there, and maybe even visit my family in Poland. I caught the travel bug when I went on my first overseas trip in 2017 to Vanuatu. I think meeting people from different cultures, backgrounds and walks of life is interesting.
